Welcome to Tybee Ballet Theatre

Tybee Ballet Theatre is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Through professional instruction, meaningful performance opportunities, and a commitment to artistic excellence, we strive to help every dancer grow in confidence, creativity, discipline, and technique.

Whether taking their very first dance class or pursuing advanced classical ballet training, every student is encouraged to develop a lifelong love of dance while becoming part of a supportive community.

Auditions for The Land of the Sweets are coming up and registration is live.

    • Saturday, August 15 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM @ Tybee Post Theater (10 Van Horne Ave, Tybee Island, GA)

    • Sunday, August 16 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM @ Greenbriar Center (3709 Hopkins St, Savannah, GA 31405)

    • Video Audition Submissions (Ages 18+): Can't make it in person? Video submissions are available for performers 18+. Just fill out the registration form below, and we will follow up with submission instructions!

    • November 20–22 (Tentative) | Savannah Location TBD

    • December 4–6 (Confirmed) | Tybee Post Theater

  • Don't worry about buying any special attire for auditions! We want you to be comfortable and ready to move.

    • Clothing: A leotard and tights are great if you already have them. Otherwise, any comfortable activewear, gym shorts, and a t-shirt work perfectly.

    • Footwear: If you have ballet or jazz shoes, feel free to wear them. If not, bare feet are completely fine! **If you are interested in auditioning to perform on pointe, please remember to bring your pointe shoes.
